How can I change my delivery or add instructions?

When you place an order, feel free to add a note on the cart page with any specific delivery instructions you may have. You’re also welcome to email us at info@restorganic.com with your requests. While we’ll do our absolute best to communicate your instructions to the courier, we appreciate your understanding that certain outcomes might not be guaranteed.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! we offer express shipping for a fee. This can be selected during checkout.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation of shipping email as soon as your order is dispatched. This email will include a tracking link.

What if there is an issue with my delivery?

Sometimes, mistakes happen! If you receive the wrong item, missing items or damaged goods, please contact us at info@restorganic.com and we will do whatever we can to make it right.

Can I collect my order or visit your showroom?

Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom or collection point at this time. This is something we're working on (hopefully as our small company grows!).
