RestOrganic offers a 2-year limited warranty on all pillows for your peace of mind.

How it Works

Within 2 years from the date of purchase, RestOrganic will repair or replace your pillow at no cost if it meets the criteria outlined in the warranty. This warranty does not extend to pillowcases, pillow covers or other bed linen.

Your Duties:

Should a defect arise, RestOrganic's only obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty will be, at RestOrganic's discretion, to replace the pillow, provided you fulfill the requirements below. To benefit from this warranty, you must return the pillow to RestOrganic with proof of the initial purchase date and order number.

Eligibility for This Warranty:

This warranty is extended solely to the original buyer of this product and not to any subsequent owner. The "original" purchaser is defined as the individual or entity who acquired the pillow directly from RestOrganic or through an authorized seller or distributor.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

- Regular depreciation from use or cleaning practices, and conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to maintain the pillow in a clean and hygienic state.

- Personal comfort preferences. RestOrganic does not guarantee the firmness or softness of any pillow, nor does it promise that a specific comfort level will meet your satisfaction. If this is the case, you may only return your pillow for a refund if it is within 100 days of delivery (see 100-Night Trial).

- Mold, odors, or discoloration from improper care, such as exposure to liquids, poor ventilation, or washing inappropriately, including in high humidity areas.

- Physical damage or improper handling, including burns, cuts, tears, water damage, or stains, if the defect arises from such damage.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@restorganic.com. Provide evidence of the defect and proof of purchase. Return instructions will be supplied once RestOrganic verifies the defect is covered by the warranty. If a defect is confirmed, RestOrganic will send a replacement after proof of return of the defective item. The replaced pillow will inherit the same warranty terms as the original. For instance, if the replaced pillow is identical to the original in style and price, its warranty entitlement will start from the original purchase date.

RestOrganic products are serviced across all of Australia, Canada and the United States. If your RestOrganic product is located outside of these jurisdictions, you are responsible for any transport costs for pickup and
return.

Disclaimer (Liability Limits):

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the pillow is provided "as is," and this warranty replaces all other guarantees or warranties, explicit or implicit. Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations, so they might not apply to you. RestOrganic and its suppliers will not be liable for replacement products or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages related to the pillow, under contract, tort, or other liability theories, even if advised of such possibilities. RestOrganic's total liability will not exceed the pillow's purchase price.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising between you and RestOrganic regarding this warranty will be resolved as per the dispute resolution procedures outlined in RestOrganic's terms of service. Arbitration under this provision is final and binding, with no appeal except under extraordinary circumstances. Disputes related to this warranty will not be consolidated with others, and you can pursue only your claim, not acting on behalf of others or as part of a class action.
